Sorry for INACTIVITY. 

I have final exams so I won’t put anything in my tumblr for two weeks aprox. because I’ll finish them June 20, and I haven’t enough time to do all so I prefer left this before study, workout or rest.

I’m at homeeeee!! 

I’m so happy and yesterday was my sister’s prom so I’m very pride of her and it was so emotional, you know, my little sister will go to university after summer!! And she gets very good califications in BACH and now she is going to do her tests to go to university and I’m sure she’ll do it very good. 

I love her so much!! <3 

And I’m working out and eating clean.

Hi! I’m back! 

These last weeks had been shit… I didn’t work out, I was studying all day and I was eating so bad because of my anxiety… I feel just like crap… 

But I will try this one more timer, I will eat clean and work hard.

Hey :) I saw your b&a leg pics and my legs look like yours in the before picture. I was wondering what leg exercises you did and/or what gym equipment you used?:))) x

Hey! Well, I just doing cardio: run, long walks, and at the gym working in the eliptical I started with 30 minutes and then I increased the time 5 minutes, 10 minutes… when you think that you must do more time, just add it. And then I do legs work outs just like squats, lunges… In my blog I have a link called WORK OUT POSTS, there is a post with a work out I did… At the gym I did simple squats and lunges with some weights… Now I’m doing Insanity but the progress of that b&a pics it was because of the work out I mentioned before.
